Brand-New Composite Steel belt

The double-sided steel belt used in WD800MRL elevator is imported from Germany. The double-sided design increases the contact area, improves the driving force, and also prevents sliding. Meanwhile, same as ordinary steel belt, the belt surface is formed by polyurethane polymer, which is free of lubrication and maintenance, and hence saves the maintenance costs. The service lift of the steel belt used in WD800MRL is 2 or 3 times of the traditional wire rope.

Compact Design and Small Shaft

WD800MRL has a very compact structure, so it's suitable for smaller shaft, shallower pit and lower overhead, compared with most steel rope elevators.
